Frequently Asked Questions
Home » FAQ
Is this full-time?
Yes, most of our roles are full-time positions. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to a consistent schedule, as continuity and reliability are key in supporting healthcare professionals and their patients.
Do I need prior remote experience?
Prior remote work experience is not required. While it’s a plus, we provide comprehensive training and support to help you adjust to remote systems and workflows. What matters most is your professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
What are the shift hours?
Shift hours vary depending on the client and position. Most of our roles follow U.S. time zones—particularly EST or PST—so expect to work night shifts if you’re based in the Philippines or a similar region. Specific hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
Do I need to be a licensed nurse?
Not necessarily. While some roles may require a nursing license (e.g., virtual nurses), we also offer non-clinical positions such as medical virtual assistants or scribes where a nursing license is not mandatory. Each job listing will clearly state the requirements.
Will I receive training?
Absolutely. We provide structured training to help you become familiar with the tools, tasks, and expectations of your role. Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare professional or new to remote work, our onboarding program will prepare you to succeed.
